SCRUNCH DENIM SKIRT is made from vintage blue denim pants and white polyester tulle. This style has the appearance of a denim peplum with tulle in the front and a fitted mini skirt in the back. Each piece is one-of-a-kind and will be slightly different in color, print, condition, but the construction is always the same. Any signs of wear are considered an inherent part of the design.
