TWISTED LEATHER CARGO SKIRT is made from vintage black leather vests. The leather vest twists in the front to resemble a bow, and has the appearance of a fitted mini skirt in the back. Each piece is one-of-a-kind and will be slightly different in color, print, condition, but the construction is always the same. Any signs of wear are considered an inherent part of the design.
